Welcome to Jeweler Made. By placing an order or using our website at jewelermade.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. Orders & Pricing
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders if a stated price was clearly wrong. We confirm orders by email; if you don't receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
2. Custom Work
Custom pieces are made to order. We'll share a design, render, or sample for approval before fabrication. Once you approve and we begin work, custom orders are non-refundable. Lead times vary; we'll share an estimate at order time.
3. Stones & Certifications
Where applicable, we provide independent grading reports (GIA, IGI, or equivalent) for center stones above 0.5ct. Natural-stone color and inclusions are inherent characteristics, not defects.
4. Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee
Every piece is covered for life against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, or theft are not covered. Repair turnaround is typically 2-3 weeks.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on jewelermade.com - photography, copy, designs, the Jeweler Made name and logo - is the property of Jeweler Studio. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeweler Studio's liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item involved.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at jewelermade.com/pages/terms-of-service. Continued use of the site or placement of new orders constitutes acceptance.
